Product Availablity All items are shipped the same business day (Monday through Friday) that you order as long as the order is placed before 3:30pm Pacific Time, and as long as we have that particular item in stock. We stock almost every size of every item. If the item happens to be out of stock, we will do our best to notify you immediately upon receipt of that order.
Catalogs Our best catalog is this online catalog. It is the most complete catalog, including everything we have. If you do require a print catalog be sure and request the brand you need so we know what to send you. Please note that our print catalogs are just a sample of the items and are not as complete as this website.
Credit Card Charges We charge your card when we ship out the item. If the item you want is not in stock we will notify you by email and ask if you'd like to wait for it. We will then charge your card when we have it in stock and are shipping it out.
Watch Straps We sell replacement watch straps. When ordering please either tell us the model number of the watch or give as much description as possible so we know which band to send you.
Fraudulent Order Protection Please be aware that because of the many fraudulent orders that people have made, we are now contacting customers when they order and provide a different shipping address and shipping name than the billing address. Please make sure you provide us with an accurate e-mail address and phone number. This is for our customer's protection. We appreciate your cooperation.

Chemistry Fe (Iron) .30 % max N (Nitrogen) .03 H (Hydrogen) .015 O (Oxygen) .25 Ti balance 99% + Bracelet- Titanium: Grade 1 (Forms better)
Considered Commercially Pure Chemistry: Fe( Iron) .02 Otherwise the same as grade 2
Please note that neither titanium nor steel can be resized by a jeweler. If you order the wrong size you can always exchange for the correct size unless it is a sale item.
TeNo Diamond Information All TeNo Diamonds are G Color and are VS1 Clarity Please Note: Satin and Leather materials used in our products are NOT water-resistant and may ruin if exposed to water.
