Boccia Id. Configurator Watches
Watches custom-made in our Boccia id. configurator cannot be returned. Each watch created is a special order and is final sale.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM


1. Login to "My Account" on the Teno.com website.


(If you previously paid for your items using Paypal and/or Google checkout or did not set up an account with us, you will need to phone us at 800-360-2586 or 702-736-6006 to set up your online account to access your orders.)


2. Click on the link, "See Orders."


3. Click on the date of the appropriate order.


4. Click the link, "Request a Return."


5. Enter the reason for the return.


6. Check the box if this will be an exchange and then enter the information for the item you would like to exchange.


7. If you are doing a partial return, click on the item you would like to keep and click "remove."


8. Click Submit


You will receive a UPS Return Service Label via Email with 1 business day. Print out the label and affix it to your packaged item. You may drop off at any UPS store or UPS drop-off location.



*We cannot offer free returns at this time to our customers outside the United States. All duty/customs charges on returns must be paid for by the customer, otherwise the return will be refused. To return an item to us from a country outside the United States, it must be shipped to us at the address below within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in original, unused condition.

Although highly unlikely, if you are not happy with your selection, you may return it within 30 days of original ship date for return or exchange. For returns, your credit card will be credited with the full purchase amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, if there is a difference in price, your original credit card will be charged the difference or refunded the difference upon receipt of exchanged merchandise. All items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped, undamaged and unused. We cannot accept any items back that have been worn or scratched. Please inspect each item carefully before shipping them back to us. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
FINAL SALE ITEMS, DISCONTINUED ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERS All sales are final on items marked "final sale," "discontinued" and/or special order items. No returns or exchanges can be offered on these types of items. Special order items include items that are not available for immediate order on our website, including special sizes. GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Watches that have been upgraded to a Sapphire crystal are not returnable.
ITEMS PURCHASED IN TENO STORES If an order is placed online, the item can only be returned or exchanged through our headquarters in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in any of our TeNo Stores. If you purchase any products at TeNo or TitanFactory Stores, each location has their own return or exchange policy. You must abide by their policies. This e-commerce store gives a 30-day return policy because the items you purchase through the website are blind items. It is possible that in the physical stores, they may have only an exchange policy. Please make yourself aware of the individual's store policies before making purchases with them. We are not responsible for any other store policies but our own. Each store is separately owned.
