Mother's Day
Mother's Day is Sunday, 5/12. Friday, 5/10 is the last day we can ship items in order to have them received by Sunday, 5/12.
If you order on 5/10 choose Next Day Air Saturday Delivery for shipping
If you order on 5/9 choose Next Day Air for shipping
If you order on 5/8 choose 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for shipping
Ground Shipping takes 5-7 business days to the east coast.
We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Ground Shipping will take 5-7 business days to the east coast.
We typically ship the same day you order if your order is placed by 3:30pm Pacific Time. If we cannot ship the same day, we will notify you by email or by phone.
We cannot ship Ground outside the continental United States and cannot offer free shipping outside the United States.
IMPORTANT: UPS may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions in your area or in the area where the airplane takes off from. Shop early to ensure on-time delivery.
U.S. Shipping Information
The Shipping charge is determined during the Checkout process and is based on the shipping method you choose on the Order Form and the Shipping destination.
You may choose UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or UPS Overnight shipping. The shipping charge is the exact UPS shipping cost from our zipcode (89118) in Las Vegas, Nevada as calculated by UPS in real time when you checkout.
Please note: Ground Shipping to many US destinations, especially to the East Coast takes 5-7 business days via UPS Ground Shipping. If you need a guaranteed arrival date, please choose a faster method of shipping.
We ship the same day up until 4:00pm Pacific for in stock items. Please note: We only Ship Monday through Friday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will have to wait until the following Monday for your order to be processed.
UPS DOES NOT Deliver on Saturday or Sunday (unless you have chosen Saturday Delivery at checkout). All shipping options are available on business days, Monday through Friday.
If you choose 3-Day Select on a Wednesday (for instance), you will not receive your shipment until the following Monday. If you need it sooner, choose a faster shipping method or order in advance.
Please note we try our very best to ship your package out the day you order. At certain times of the year, UPS does not guarantee their shipping times.
We are unable to refund shipping charges if your items do not get to you on time due to weather or when an incorrect address is provided.
IMPORTANT: After your order ships, you will receive an email update for your order that contains your tracking number. You may also click in the link in your order confirmation email to see the status of your order. Please check your deleted and spam folders for the email if you do not see it.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
We now ship to a number of countries outside the United States, including Canada, Mexico, many European & South American countries. Not all brands are eligible to be shipped to all countries. Please place your order on our website and we will get back to you regarding availability of products to be shipped.
From time to time we may require additional information regarding the cardholder before we ship. This may include a copy of the credit card being used and the customer's drivers license and/or passport.
All orders from our Boccia Configurator can be shipped outside the USA!
Please Note: Orders received from within Nevada will be charged sales tax for the county shipped to.
