Free Ground Shipping On Every Order!
We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Ground Shipping will take 5-7 business days to the east coast.
We typically ship the same day you order if your order is placed by 3:30pm Pacific Time. If we cannot ship the same day, we will notify you by email or by phone.
IMPORTANT: UPS may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions in your area or in the area where the airplane takes off from. Shop early to ensure on-time delivery.
Regular Shipping Information
The Shipping charge is determined during the Checkout process and is based on the shipping method you choose on the Order Form and the Shipping destination.
You may choose UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or UPS Overnight shipping. The shipping charge is the exact UPS shipping cost from our zipcode (89118) in Las Vegas, Nevada as calculated by UPS in real time when you checkout.
Please note: Ground Shipping to many US destinations, especially to the East Coast takes 5-7 business days via UPS Ground Shipping. If you need a guaranteed arrival date, please choose a faster method of shipping.
We ship the same day up until 4:00pm Pacific for in stock items. Please note: We only Ship Monday through Friday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will have to wait until the following Monday for your order to be processed.
UPS DOES NOT Deliver on Saturday or Sunday (unless you have chosen Saturday Delivery at checkout). All shipping options are available on business days, Monday through Friday.
If you choose 3-Day Select on a Wednesday (for instance), you will not receive your shipment until the following Monday. If you need it sooner, choose a faster shipping method or order in advance.
A rough idea of shipping charges is as follows: Ground FREE!, 3 Day Select $12-$15, 2nd Day Air $16-$19, Overnight $25-$45. These charges all depend on your location, amount of items you are buying and insurance value. The estimates are based on a 1-item, $100 or less value. We use the exact UPS shipping charges and do not make a profit on the shipping charges.
Please note we try our very best to ship your package out the day you order. At certain times of the year, UPS does not guarantee their shipping times.
We are unable to refund shipping charges if your items do not get to you on time due to weather or when an incorrect address is provided.
IMPORTANT: After your order ships, you will receive an email update for your order that contains your tracking number. You may also click in the link in your order confirmation email to see the status of your order. Please check your deleted and spam folders for the email if you do not see it.

Orders placed before 3:30pm Pacific Time will be processed the same day.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
The only brand that we can ship to Canada is The TitanFactory. If you would like to order TitanFactory and have it shipped to Canada, please call to order at 800-360-2586 or 702-736-6006.
Please Note: Orders received from within Nevada will be charged sales tax for the county shipped to and orders from within California will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
