Shipping Information
The Shipping charge is determined during the Checkout process and is based on the shipping method you choose on the Order Form and the Shipping destination.

You can choose UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or UPS Overnight shipping. We do not make money on shipping, the charge is the exact UPS shipping cost from our zipcode (89118) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Please note: Ground Shipping to many US destinations, especially to the East Coast takes 5-7 business days via UPS Ground Shipping. If you need a guaranteed arrival date, please choose a faster method of shipping.

We ship the same day up until 4:00pm Pacific for in stock items. Please note: We only Ship Monday through Friday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will have to wait until the following Monday for your order to be processed.

UPS DOES NOT Deliver on Saturday or Sunday (unless you have chosen Saturday Delivery at checkout). All shipping options are available on business days, Monday through Friday.

If you choose 3-Day Select on a Wednesday (for instance), you will not receive your shipment until the following Monday. If you need it sooner, choose a faster shipping method or order in advance.

A rough idea of shipping charges is as follows: Ground $7-$10, 3 Day Select $11-$13, 2nd Day Air $14-$18, Overnight $20-$40. These charges all depend on your location. We use the exact UPS shipping charges and do not make a profit on the shipping charges.

Please note we try our very best to ship your package out the day you order. At certain times of the year, UPS does not guarantee their shipping times.

We cannot refund shipping charges if your items did not get to you on time due to weather or when an incorrect address is provided.

IMPORTANT: The evening your order ships, you will receive an email from QUANTUM VIEW. This email is sent from UPS automatically and contains your tracking number for your order. Please check your deleted and spam folders for the email before calling us for your tracking number.

Orders placed before 3:30pm Pacific Time will be processed the same day.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
The only brand that we can ship to Canada is The TitanFactory. If you would like to order TitanFactory and have it shipped to Canada, please call to order at 800-360-2586 or 702-736-6006.

Please Note: Orders received from within Nevada will be charged 7.75% sales tax and orders from within California will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Father's Day Shipping Information:

Father's Day is Sunday, June 21st. In order to have orders arrive by Father's Day, please shop early. You may order up until Friday, June 19th for Father's Day Delivery. You must choose "Overnight Saturday Delivery" in the shipping options on Friday 6/19 in order to have your gift arrive before Father's Day.

UPS does not deliver on Sunday.

If you order on Thursday, 6/18, choose Overnight Delivery.

If you order on Wednesday, 6/17, choose Overnight OR 2nd Day Delivery.

If you order on Tuesday, 6/16, choose Overnight, 2nd Day, OR 3-Day Delivery.

We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Ground Shipping can take 5-7 business days to the east coast.

We typically ship the same day you order if your order is placed by 3:30pm Pacific Time. If we cannot ship the same day, we will notify you by email or by phone.
